SCRYE or South Central Rotary Youth exchange is the management entity of the Rotary Youth Exchange program for the South Central Region of the United States. The winter conference is for all those who share a part in the youth exchange program for the many Rotary Districts that SCRYE represents. Due to the newly established certification program implemented by the State Department, there are many new rules, regulations, guidelines and forms one must be aware of. In the future the State Department will be auditing our Youth Exchange program randomly. So in the coming years, if you or your club participates in Rotary Youth Exchange, you have nothing to worry about ...
